Terms and conditions are subject to change, so please check it regularly. We reserve the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and in response to changes in applicable data protection and privacy legislation. In the event the Terms and Conditions change, we will notify you as soon as possible
1. INTRODUCTION:
1.1. By using and/or visiting any section of the website SlootZz Casino (the "Website"); or by opening an account on the Website you agree to be bound by:
1.1.1. the General Terms and Conditions, on this page;
1.1.2. the Privacy Policy,
1.1.3. any game rules,
1.1.4. any terms and conditions of promotions, bonuses and special offers which may be found on the Website from time to time.
1.2. All of the terms and conditions listed above shall together be referred to as "the Terms".
1.3. Please read the Terms carefully before accepting them. If you do not agree to accept and be bound by the Terms please do not open an account or continue to use the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the Terms.
1.5. The Terms will come into effect on the 1st of February 2025.
2. PARTIES
2.1. References in the Terms of Use to "us", "our," "we" or the “Company” are references to the party with whom you are contracting with, as specified above.
2.2. www.SlootZz.com, is operated by WM.LTD registered under No. XXX for a gaming license in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
3. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE
3.1. We may need to change the Terms for a number of reasons, including for commercial reasons, to comply with new laws or regulations or for customer service reasons. The most up-to-date Terms of Use can be accessed here, and the date on which they came into force is noted.
3.2. Where we make changes to the Terms of Use which we wish to notify you of, we will do so by email or by placing a notice on the Website.
4. OPENING YOUR ACCOUNT
4.1. In order to place a bet via the Website, you will need to open an account on the website ("Your Account").
4.2. For various legal or commercial reasons, we do not permit accounts to be opened by, or used from, customers based or domiciled in certain jurisdictions, including the United States of America. If you are in such a jurisdiction than you should not open an account or use the Website.
4.3. In order to open Your Account for use of the Website, You can contact Customer Services, or by clicking here and following the on-screen instructions.
4.4. When you open Your Account, you will be asked to provide us with personal information, including your name, date of birth, and appropriate contact details, including an address, telephone number and e-mail address ("Your Contact Details").
4.5. You hereby acknowledge and accept that, by using the services at the Website, you may both win and lose money.
4.6. Your Account must be registered in your own, correct, name. You may only open one account for the sportsbook. Any other accounts which you open with us in relation to the Service and the Website shall be "Duplicate Accounts". Any Duplicate Accounts may be closed by us immediately and:
4.6.1. all transactions made from the Duplicate Account will be made void;
4.6.2. all stakes or deposits made using that Duplicate Account will be returned to You; and
4.6.3. any returns, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account
4.7. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting our customer support. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed.
4.8. You must maintain your account and keep your details up-to-date.
5. VERIFICATION OF YOUR IDENTITY; MONEY LAUNDERING REQUIREMENTS
5.1. You warrant that:
5.1.1. You are not younger than:
5.1.1.1. of 18 (eighteen) years; or
5.1.1.2. any legal age at which gambling or gaming activities under the law or jurisdiction that applies to you require ("the Legal Age"); and
5.1.2. the details supplied when opening Your Account are correct; and
5.1.3. You are the rightful owner of the money in your Account.
5.2. By agreeing to the Terms, you authorize us to undertake verification checks as we may require ourselves or may be required by third parties (including, regulatory bodies) to confirm your identity and contact details.
5.3. While we are undertaking any Checks, we may restrict you from withdrawing funds from Your Account.
5.4. In certain circumstances we may have to contact you and ask you to provide further information to us directly in order to complete the Checks. If you do not or cannot provide us with such information then we may suspend Your Account until you have provided us with such information or permanently close Your Account. Additionally, you will have to provide identification whenever you make a withdrawal of funds amounting to Two Thousand Three Hundred Euros (EUR 2,300) or more.
5.5. If we are unable to confirm that you are the Legal Age then we may suspend Your Account. If you are proven to have been under that age at the time you made any gambling or gaming transactions, then:
5.5.1. Your Account will be closed;
5.5.2. all transactions made while you were underage will be void, and all related funds deposited by you will be returned;
5.5.3. any stakes for bets made while you were underage will be returned to you; and
5.5.4. any winnings which you have accrued during such time will be forfeited by you and you will return to us any such funds which have been withdrawn from your Account.
6. INACTIVITY AND DELETION OF PLAYER ACCOUNTS
6.1. If your account has not had any transactions for a period of thirty (30) months (“An Inactive Account”) we will refund your account balance and close your account.
6.2. Your inactive account will be terminated with written notice (or attempted notice) using your contact details. In the event of such termination by us, other than where such closure and termination is made in accordance with paragraph 11 (Collusion, cheating and fraud activity) or paragraph 20 (Breach of the Terms of Service ) of these Terms, we will refund your account balance. If you cannot be contacted, the funds will be returned to the relevant gaming authority.
7. USERNAME, PASSWORD, AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION.
After opening Your Account, you must not disclose (whether deliberately or accidentally) your username and password to anyone else. If you have lost or forgotten Your Account details you may retrieve your password by clicking on the “Forget your Password” link below the login portal.
8. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT
8.1. If you wish to participate in bets or games using the website, you must deposit money into your account which you can then use to place bets or play games.
8.2. Deposits to the player's account in cash are made by money transfer on behalf of the company through the payment methods indicated on the website. Payment methods available include debit cards, credit cards, e-wallet payments, instant bank prepaid cards and bank transfers. The company reserves the right to modify the accepted payment methods at any time. The company further reserves the right to accept certain payment methods under

8.3. We do not accept cash funds sent to us.
8.4. By depositing money, you agree not to charge back, reverse or otherwise cancel deposits to your account, and you agree to refund and compensate for any unpaid deposits.
8.5. In the case of credit card deposits where refunds are not possible, the card owner must sign the credit card verification form and send identification documents for us to verify.
8.6. Bonuses will sometimes be available on the website for preselected players.
Deposit Bonuses: All of our bonuses are cash back type - they will be credited on losses only. Casino Bonuses will need to be wagered 30x times (unless otherwise specified) before any part of the bonus balance or connected winnings can be cashed out or transferred. Bonuses on Sport must be wagered 6x times. Additionally, players will only be able to make a single withdrawal of a maximum of 10x the initial deposit when winnings result from a bet on a match or a cash back bonus. Excess earnings will then be forfeited. Please note that deposits made with Ecopayz are not subject to any promotion.
In order to qualify for a deposit bonus the following 2 conditions must be fulfilled:
- the relevant deposit must be used within 24 hours (at least 25% of it must be used in order to qualify for the bonus);
- the deposit bonus must be requested within 15 days.
Free Money Bonus: The Bonus will need to be wagered 50x times before any part of the bonus balance or connected winnings can be cashed out or transferred. In addition, players can only make one withdrawal of a maximum and minimum amount of € 100 (or equivalent) when winnings result from a free no deposit bonus. Excess earnings will then be forfeited. € 50 (or equivalent) is the maximum amount that can be cashed out using the free welcome bonus of € 10 (or equivalent) (unless otherwise specified).
Free Spins Bonus: Free spins bonuses (with or without deposit obligation) are from time to time available on the website for pre-selected players at the discretion of the company. Free spins with no deposit obligation will be credited upon successful registration and free spins with obligation to deposit following a first deposit made. The free spins must be used within 48 hours of the relevant bonus. Free spins are awarded manually and could take up to 24 hours for free spins with no deposit requirement and up to 48 hours for free spins with mandatory deposit, unless otherwise specified. Winnings from free spins are subject to the 50x wagering requirement, unless other requirements are included in the promotion. Players have 2 days of free spins activation to meet the wagering requirements. Wagering requirements for free credits must be met within 5 days. Free bet: If you have received a free bet, the following restrictions will apply.
·    Your Free Bet will be displayed in the Active Bonus information, found inside the “My Account” section, while logged in;
·    Free Bets may be subject to wagering requirements, and they must be used within 30 days from the moment when is added;
·    Your free bet has an expiry date. If you do not use your free bet in time, your free bet will automatically expire and be deleted from your account and you will no longer be able to use your free bet.
·    When you place any bet after receiving your free bet, you will be given the option to use your free bet. If you do not select to use your free bet, it will be retained on your account until it expires, and any bets will be made using funds from your account.
·    Some bet types cannot be used. Unless otherwise stated in any promotional terms or specified to you, your free bet can be used only for odds greater than 1.6, each selection on your betting slip must have odds greater than 1.6.
·    Your free bet cannot be redeemed for cash at any time and must be used to place other sports bets. Once you have placed your free bet, any winnings you have made from your free bet will automatically be transferred to your bonus balance. Your bonus balance will then need to be bet 6 times. You will not be entitled to any return of your free bet stake. For example, if you have a free bet worth €10 and your bet at odds of 5.0 is successful, you will be entitled to a return of €40 (€50 less the €10 stake).
·    In addition, players can only make one withdrawal of a maximum and minimum amount of € 100 (or equivalent) when winnings result from a free bet. Excess earnings will then be forfeited.
·    Your free bet will only be valid on sports. Unless otherwise stated in any applicable promotional terms, when you receive your free bet, you will be able to use it to place a bet on any sporting event but you will not be able to use it on any other sections of the website, for example on casino games and/or bingo games.
·    Your free bets will be added to your account once the system has been updated. If your free bet is due to be received after bet settlement, then your free bet will usually be credited within one hour of bet settlement, unless otherwise specified in any applicable promotional terms. If you have not received your free bets within the time specified in any applicable promotional terms or as otherwise notified to you, you can contact our Customer Services Team.
·    You cannot use your free bet as a qualifying bet for any promotions.
8.7. The Company may, in certain circumstances, credit a player's account with what is known as "bonus money". The conditions for granting bonus credits (eg first deposit bonus) and the amount of the bonus are determined by the company and published on the website. 8.8. The bonus is indicated on the account. It can only be paid out once it has been converted into real money winnings. If an account contains both real money and bonus money, the bonus will only be available for wagering after real money has been used. The specific bonus conditions may be published on the site with the launch of specific bonus programs. Before fulfilling the bonus renewal conditions if you transfer or withdraw the principal deposit amount, bonus amount and winnings from it bonuses will be forfeited. If all bets are placed with the bonus balance then the bonus cannot be canceled.
8.9. Your account is not a bank account and therefore is not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any system of bank insurance. In addition, money deposited with us into your account will not earn interest.
8.10. We may at any time trigger a positive balance in your account against any amount you owe when we re-settle any bets or duplicate account enforcements, cheating, fraud, and criminal activity or errors.
8.11. The time required for your deposit to appear on your account balance is as follows:

8.12. In accordance with our anti-fraud policies, we reserve the right to pay any withdrawal, in whole or in part, by the same method of payment by which one or more deposits were made. We also reserve the right to pay any requested withdrawal directly to your bank account.
8.13. If we incur any chargeback (chargeback, cancellation or other charges) against your account, we reserve the right to charge you for the corresponding amounts incurred.
8.14. According to the anti-money laundering policy, all real money deposits must be fully wagered at least once (wagering requirement x1) before a withdrawal is requested. This rule also applies to “roll backs”. *
8.15. Please note that all of our bonuses are non-cashable; therefore the original bonus amount will be deducted from any withdrawals you may make.
8.16. You can request the withdrawal of funds from your account at any time, provided that:
8.16.1. All payments made to your account have been confirmed and none have been canceled;
8.16.2. All the verifications referred to in paragraph 5 above have been carried out.
8.17. Once we have approved your withdrawal, you must give us sufficient information on how the funds should be transferred to you. We will attempt to accommodate your request regarding the method of payment and the currency of your withdrawal. However, withdrawals cannot be guaranteed. All withdrawals will only be made to the same account from which the funds paid to the player's account originated. We reserve the right to charge fees at our own expense (including the cost of deposits) for withdrawals of funds that have not been enforced.
8.18. Players' funds that are limited to play will be displayed in a separate balance on the player's main page, a player cannot withdraw these earmarked funds (bonus money)
8.19. You are responsible for reporting your winnings and losses to your local tax center or other authorities.
8.20. The time taken for a withdrawal will depend on the processing of KYC documents and the usual time for a withdrawal to be processed is as follows:

8.21. The minimum withdrawal amount is 100EUR for bank transfers and 50EUR for electronic wallets. All withdrawals paid via bank transfer will incur a 8.50 EUR transaction fee.
8.21.1. In case of winnings from a bonus, we apply the following rules:
Deposit Bonus: Players will only be able to withdraw up to a maximum of 10x the initial deposit when winnings result from sports betting or a Cash-Back bonus. The surplus money earned will then be confiscated.
Free Bonus: Players will be able to withdraw up to a minimum and maximum amount of £ 100 when winnings result from a no deposit free bonus. The surplus money earned will then be confiscated. € 50 is the maximum amount that can be withdrawn using the welcome bonus of € 10 (unless otherwise specified).
Weekly Cash-Back on Losses: the maximum amount that can be withdrawn is 10 X the amount deposited, the rest will be forfeited.
8.21.2. Earn with FPP points: A single withdrawal of a maximum amount of € 5,000 will be accepted. The rest will be confiscated.
8.22. All withdrawal requests are subject to a waiting period before they are processed. During this period you can cancel your withdrawal request and have the winnings refunded to your account without making a new deposit. Regarding the first withdrawal, management reserves the right to pay part or all of the amount to the customer's bank card used to deposit.
8.23. In accordance with the anti-money laundering policy all real money deposits must be fully wagered at least once (wagering requirement x1) before a withdrawal is requested. This rule also applies to reverse withdrawals.
8.24. You deposit money quickly and securely from your Visa or MasterCard with Verified by Visa and MasterCard 3D Secure. The deposit is instant and takes place from your bank account to your game account. Please note that our processors may charge customers in different currencies and your bank may charge you a fee on foreign currencies.
8.25 Integrity of Sport. We are committed to ensuring the integrity of sport and to participating in efforts to identify and eradicate match fixing. As such, notwithstanding any other term of the this Agreement, or any provision of the applicable Privacy Policy, by placing a bet or wager on the Website, you expressly acknowledge and agree that we at all times reserve the right in our sole discretion to report Irregular Betting Activity to such sports federations, regulators, agencies, commissions or associations (or their respective agents) as we deem appropriate ("Regulatory Bodies") in order to enable identification of irregular activity and to support appropriate investigations. "Irregular Betting Activity" means activity that, in our sole assessment, deviates from expected betting patterns and includes, without limitation: (i) an unusual and significant number of bets originating from the same geographic region or through linked accounts; (ii) a bettor continuing to place bets at any price in the face of a steady reduction in the applicable odds; and/or (iii) any other indicator or pattern assessed by us as indicative of potential match fixing, any of the sub-clauses within clause 9.5. We shall use reasonable commercial measures to ensure that any information provided to Regulatory Bodies pursuant to this provision is subject to reasonable contractual non-disclosure provisions, and that all information or documentation shall be destroyed by such Regulatory Bodies when it is no longer relevant in connection with any ongoing investigation, enquiry or disciplinary process.
8.26 The maximum amount that we will be obligated to pay you in relation to any single bet or spin, including individual bonus spins or free spins, will be limited and in no case shall exceed the amount of 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand) EUR or equivalent (the "Maximum Win Limit"). The maximum win limit does not include any jackpot winnings.
9. COLLUSION, CHEATING, FRAUD AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
9.1. The following activities as not allowed and constitute a material breach of the Terms:
colluding with other third parties;
using unfair advantage or influence (commonly known as cheating), including the exploitation of a fault, loophole or error in our software, the use of automated players (sometimes known as 'bots'); late betting; or the exploitation of an 'error';
undertaking fraudulent activities to your advantage, including the use of a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorised credit or debit card, as a source of funds;
taking part in any criminal activities including money laundering and any offence with criminal repercussions.
9.2. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent such activities; detect them and the relevant players; and deal with the relevant players appropriately. We will not be liable for any loss or damage which you or any other player may incur as a result of collusive, fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity, or cheating, and any action we take in respect of the same will be at our sole discretion.
9.3. If you suspect a person is colluding, cheating or undertaking a fraudulent activity, you shall as soon as reasonably practicably report it to us by e-mailing us.
9.4. We reserve the right to inform relevant authorities, other online gaming or gambling operators, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity, and you agree to cooperate fully with us to investigate any such activity.
9.5 Suspicious Betting
a) For the purpose of this Clause 9.5, "suspicious betting" shall refer to where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Bet or a number of Bets have been placed in suspicious circumstances. Suspicious betting shall include, but not be limited to:
i. where there is an inordinate frequency and/or highly unusual pattern of Bets (by comparison with betting norms) placed on the same selection(s) in a short space of time;
ii. where there is an inordinate frequency and/or highly unusual pattern of Bets placed on the same selection(s) and where the theoretical probability of said selection(s) winning at the time of Bet(s) placement, based on the odds offered on the selection(s) at the time of Bet placement, is largely inconsistent with the theoretical probability of the same selection(s) winning calculated using their starting prices,
iii. where the integrity of an event (or events) has been called into question, including, for example, but not limited to where one (or more) of the participants in an event displays exceptional form which we reasonably believe was known to you or someone connected to you at the time of bet placement but was concealed from the public generally in order to gain an unfair advantage in any bets placed on that event (or those events);
iv. where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Bet or a string of connected Bets were placed robotically, by automated means, or otherwise than through the Account holder placing each Bet manually via their Account;
v. where we reasonably believe that you have used unfair external factors or influences connected with the event(s) the subject of any Bet(s);
vi. where we reasonably suspect that you have opened duplicate Accounts or where we reasonably suspect that second or subsequent Accounts are under common control with your Account with a view to concealing the true worth, nature or pattern of Bets placed by you or on your behalf, even if second or subsequent Accounts are opened under different names;
vii. where we otherwise believe, acting reasonably, that you are acting in concert with others or that you are acting other than on your own behalf; or
viii. where we reasonably believe that Bets have been placed from a location or device other than the location or device which you claim to have used to place a Bet.
10. OTHER PROHIBITED ACTIVITES
10.1. You should not use the Website for any purpose which is considered to be defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or offensive. You must not use any abusive or aggressive language or images; swear, threaten, harass or abuse any other person, including other users, or behave in such a manner towards any Company staff used to provide the Website or Customer Services.
10.2. You shall not corrupt the Website, flood the Website with information so as to cause the Website to not function, nor use any features which may affect the function of the Website in any way for example (but not limited to) releasing or propagating viruses, worms, logic bombs or similar. Any multiple submissions or "spam" are strictly prohibited. You must not interfere or tamper with, remove or otherwise alter in any way, any information in any form which is included on the Website.
10.3. You shall use the Website for personal entertainment only and shall not be allowed to reproduce the Website or any part of it in any form whatsoever without our express consent.
10.4. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the servers on which the Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website. You must not attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or similar. When breaching this provision, we will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Website will cease immediately.
10.5. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect Your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to Your use of the Website or to Your downloading of any material posted on such Website, or on any website linked to the Website.
10.6. It is prohibited to sell or transfer accounts between players.
11. BONUS ABUSE
11.1. The website awards bonuses and entry to selected promotions in good faith to players who use its services for entertainment purposes and as a token of appreciation for loyal play. Free bets, bonuses and entry to promotions will be revoked, denied or withdrawn from players who abuse the spirit of this offer. We reserve the right to cancel/remove a bonus offer at any time in case of any suspected abuse of the offer and to terminate the offender’s account with immediate effect. The website retains its right to prosecute offenders. ‘Abuse’ includes, but is not limited to, the opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses. Further, where any term of a bonus offer or promotion is breached or there is any reasonable suspicion by the website that a series of bets has been placed by a customer or group of customers which, due to a bonus, free bet or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, The website reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and in its absolute discretion to settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets and/or void any bet funded by the bonus or bonus winnings. We reserve the right to cancel a bonus given to you following a deposit made by you if the deposit has not been used to place a bet. We reserve the right to cancel a bonus and any winnings made by betting with all or part of the bonus amount in the event that we suspect that bonus abuse has occurred. The website reserves its right to request proof of your identity, age and origin of funds at any time, including prior to crediting your Account with a bonus.
12. CLOSURE AND TERMINATION BY US
12.1. Your Inactive Account (not used for 180 days) may be terminated with written notice (or attempted notice) using your contact details. In the event of any such termination by us, other than where such closure and termination is made pursuant to paragraph 11 (Collusion, Cheating, Suspicious Betting, Fraud and Criminal Activity) or paragraph 20 (Breach of the Terms of Use) of these Terms, we will refund the balance of Your Account to you. If you cannot be located, the funds shall be remitted to the relevant gambling authority.
12.2. We reserve the right to close your account at any time.
12.3. We will not tolerate any derogatory, abusive or violent behaviour by you to any of our employees. Should you behave in any such manner (to be determined solely by us), we reserve the right to suspend and/or close your Account, and/or take any other measures as deemed appropriate.
13. ALTERATION OF THE WEBSITE
We may, in our absolute discretion, alter or amend any product offered via the Website at any time for the purpose of maintaining the Website.
14. IT FAILURE
14.1. Where unexpected system flaws, faults or errors occur in the software or hardware which we use to provide the Website we will take immediate steps to remedy the problem.
14.2. We do not accept any liability for IT failures which are caused by your equipment used to access the Website or faults which relate to your internet service provider.
15. ERRORS OR OMISSIONS
15.1. A number of circumstances may arise where a bet is accepted, or a payment is made, by us in Error.
15.2. The website reserves the right to cancel any bet made on obviously incorrect odds, switched odds (where odds were listed against the wrong teams) or a bet made after an event has started if that event is not available for live betting. The website reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any bet.
15.3. Neither we (including our employees or agents) nor our partners or suppliers shall be liable for any loss including loss of winnings that results from any Error by us or an error by you. You will forfeit any winnings/losses that result from any such Error.
16. EXCLUSION OF OUR LIABILITY
16.1. Your access to and use of the products offered via the Website, is at your sole option, discretion and risk.
16.2. We will provide the Website with reasonable skill and care and substantially as described in the Terms. We do not make any other promises or warranties the Website, or the products offered via the Website, and hereby exclude (to the extent permitted by law) all implied warranties in respect of the same.
16.3. We shall not be liable to You in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any business losses, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation or business interruption or for any losses which are not currently foreseeable by us arising out of the Terms of Use or Your use of the Website.
17. BREACH OF THE TERMS OF USE
17.1. You shall compensate us in full for any claims, liabilities, costs, expenses (including legal fees) and any other charges that may arise as a result of your breach of the Terms.
