Self-Exclusion

By requesting a self-exclusion period, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which will become effective upon receiving a confirmation email regarding your self-exclusion. This email will be sent only to the email address used to register your account and will indicate the completion date of the self-exclusion.

1. Request Procedure

  • Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via email from the registered email address associated with your account to our customer support department.
  • Requests made through our Chat function will not be processed. A customer support agent will direct you to our customer support email service for self-exclusion requests.

2. Account Closure

  • Upon receiving a valid email request for account closure, we will disable the account to prevent any gambling activity.
  • In certain cases, we may impose a short self-exclusion period if deemed necessary or beneficial for the customer. You will be notified of this by email, and the terms and conditions outlined here will apply.

3. Funds and Account Access

  • During the self-exclusion period, any remaining funds in your account will be manually returned to you. You are not allowed to leave any balance in your account during this time.
  • You will not be able to access your account to withdraw funds during the self-exclusion period.

4. Duration and Reversal

  • Once a self-exclusion is applied, it will remain in effect for the duration specified and cannot be reversed or shortened for any reason. Permanent self-exclusions will remain in effect indefinitely.

5. Liability and Compliance

  • We will make reasonable efforts to enforce our self-exclusion policy. However, we are not liable if you attempt to open new accounts or succeed in doing so. Additionally, we are not responsible if you continue to deposit or wager using undisclosed additional accounts.
  • Any future wagers, bonus funds, and entries in promotions during the self-exclusion period will be forfeited, with no return of stakes or payment of winnings. Reinstatement of these funds or activities will not be possible if the account is reopened after the self-exclusion period.

6. Acknowledgements

  • You must not deposit or place wagers on any accounts you have requested to be excluded from during the self-exclusion period.
  • You must not attempt to open any new accounts during the self-exclusion period or indefinitely if a permanent self-exclusion is selected.
  • If you manage to open new accounts during the self-exclusion period, we will endeavor to close these accounts upon detection.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Our responsibility is limited to taking reasonable steps to prevent you from gambling on our products. It is also your responsibility to comply with these terms and not breach the agreement.
  • This self-exclusion is a voluntary request made by you. If you breach this agreement, the website and its employees are not liable for any losses incurred. Losses during the self-exclusion period will not be refunded.

8. Breaches and Disguised Accounts

  • Any wagering that takes place during a breach of this agreement will stand, and losses will not be refunded.
  • If we suspect or find evidence that you have attempted to disguise your account or accounts to avoid self-exclusion, this will be handled at our discretion.
